Fatherhood is an exciting time but doesn’t come without its pressures. Did you know that as many as 1 in 10 men can experience perinatal and/or postnatal depression, when their partner has a baby? And 38% of first-time fathers say they’re concerned about their mental health*.

If you are worried about how having a baby will change (or has changed) your life, your mental health or your relationship with your partner, you are not alone!

But don’t let it get in the way of being an awesome dad.

In this two-hour workshop with resilience wellbeing coach, author and mental health first aider, Zeenat Noorani, come and learn how to improve your mental health fitness. Be able to enjoy being a father and provide the support that your partner and child need from you.

At the workshop, you will:

  • Understand that your fears, worries and concerns are perfectly normal – and that you’re not alone
  • Learn how to recognise common signs and symptoms that your mental health might be affected – such as high levels of stress and anxiety
  • Gain practical advice, tools and tips you can use straight away.

You will also leave with a copy of Zeenat Noorani’s eBook, ‘How to be an Awesome Dad’, and understand how personal coaching with Zeenat can further support you.

Tickets to the workshop cost £20.00 if booked in advance, or £25.00 on the door.
